Celebrating Black History Month

Every year, in the month of February, we take time to celebrate the lives and accomplishments of the African American community.

Featuring twenty influential members of the Black community, this resource allows students to dive into history in a fun and exciting way! Students will learn about 20 role models such as:

-Serena Williams
-Supreme Court Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson
-Viola Davis
-Harriett Tubman
-President Barack Obama
-John Legend
…and many more!

This set is complete with 20 biographies as well as supplementary worksheets assessing comprehension and inferential thinking.

Recommended for grade levels 4th-6th.
